<p>Knowledge Management (KM) is the process of creating, sharing, using and managing knowledge in organizations. It is a multidisciplinary approach concerned with the analysis and technical support of organizational practices. While effective knowledge management is one of the most important sources of competitive advantage, it is also a critical component of the success of contemporary organizations.</p> <p><br></p> <p>All perspectives on KM share the same core components, namely: people, processes and technology. In this track, we welcome KM related papers whether they have a techno-centric focus, in order to enhance knowledge integration and creation; organizational focus, in order to optimize organization design and workflows; or people focus, where the important aspects are related to people interaction, knowledge and environmental factors.</p>
