Title

The Effects of Industry 4.0 on Human Resource Planning


Abstract

Industry 4.0 is defined in scope of high-tech strategy by German government. It is an idea that intelligent robots take over the production for flexible, cheap, fast and good quality of products. It is designed based on information and communication technologies such as cyber-physical systems, internet of thinks, internet of services. Industry 4.0 will not only affect industry but also affect all sectors in the near future. Industry 4.0 which includes full integration across processes and advanced engineering targets that high value-added production competition instead of cheap labor-based competition. As a result, the relationship between industry 4.0 and human resource management will be revealed and the effect of industry 4.0 on human resource planning will be analyzed.
